A drive to remember...

It feels amazing when its drizzling down here... A drop there and a thought here... The feeling of missing someone with every passing minute... That feeling of having someone beside you to hold your hand while you try jumping into the rain... Someone special, who makes the beautiful weather even more meaningful...

Yesterday was one of those days... It was afternoon around 3ish and the clouds were taking over the city and there it was... The rain outside and the feelings pouring inside me... Its strange the way you miss someone so much and then even more when the weather is as beautiful as it was...

I thought to set myself up for a drive and here i was, in my car, off to a road, an unknown one this time... And to add to my loneliness, the road i took on turned out to be a beautiful one, unlike the most roads in the city of Bangalore... Few buildings on both sides of the road, well separated from each other... Lovely curves every now and then... Nil traffic... Amazing painting up in the sky in the form of clouds... Little rain and the gentle cold breeze... The atmosphere just as perfect as it can be!!!

I wonder if the air around was carrying her breaths in it, because it smelled just so right... After driving for a while, I parked my car on road side and left myself comforting in my thoughts... Just letting myself lost in her thoughts... (Driving of course would not have been such a good idea with the mind so occupied :):)) You know you are not left with many options when you cannot see that person and the best you can do is to think so much, so so much about her that you literally start feeling her next to you... A lot filmi, right!! But that is how it is.

I do not remember for how long I stayed there like that, and realized that it had stopped raining. It was time to head back home... I had a smile on my face... After all I made sure that we (Me 'n' her) were together, even when we were not... I just defied the distances that tarnish a relation like it never existed... Well, at least in my thoughts... in my heart...

I shall say, you guessed it right, if you think that it started raining again when I started my car... Yeah as if hinting me to stay for some more time... Someone sitting miles away, did not want me to leave!! See, I told you,, it does work... :):)
